A second attempt

After loosing another $14 in the next two weeks (I'm playing about 12 hours per week), I definately got the feeling I was doing something wrong. Somehow, I was sure my opponents were bluffing all the time (they weren't) and my hands would turn out to be best (they didn't).
Big pots were a problem too: no matter the odds, ME WANTS THAT POT.

So, I took a piece of paper and wrote down a few rules:
  • don't go all-in unless you have the nuts
  • stick to the standard handselecting rules (no more low pairs UTG)
  • only assume an opponent MIGHT be bluffing if you have seen him do it before

In short: play tighter instead of like a donk!

And here's another tip: don't call all-in with KQ.

I finished november break-even...
